Power Supplies – A short course on basic Power Supplies

Voltage Regulators – A course on Voltage Regulators. It includes a lab exercise on building and designing voltage and current regulated power supplies for test fixtures. It shows the basics of what is inside linear regulators, covers most of the popular voltage regulators found in the gaming industry, and briefly covers switching regulators.

Operational Amplifiers – A course on Op Amps. First it builds up an op amp, section by section, showing what it might look like if it were made of transistors and discrete components. Then it goes through basic circuits that op amps are used in. Popular devices used in the Gaming Industry are introduced.

Voltage Comparators – This course contrasts the differences between Voltage Comparators and Op Amps, and shows some of the basic circuits in which they are used. Popular devices used in the Gaming Industry are introduced.

Motor Controllers – Some of the basic Motor Controller circuits are demonstrated. Many of the IC Motor Driver chips are covered.

Driver Interfaces – This is a short course in typical communications interface driver circuits, Player Panel Lamp Drivers, and other driver circuits.

Receiver Interfaces – This is a short course in typical communications interfaces receiver circuits, Player Panel Switch inputs, and other input circuits.
